If you could for one second, think of the most beautiful day you’ve experienced. The sunrise, sunset, or even a friends wedding day, or maybe your own. Close your eyes and find that day. Try to remember all the sights, the smells, the sounds that embedded so deep, it made an impression on your life.
The moment that sticks out for me vividly was a trip I took with some friends in Texas to float a river. It was over 100 degrees outside. Hundreds of people floating down this river on inner tubes. Music from the group in front of us. This trip, when not exactly beautiful on terms of looks, was full of laughter, close friends and well, lets face it, it’s Texas. There was LOTS of beer.
There should be a moment in your life that you can always look back on. Give yourself something to gaze off into the past. If you don’t have that experience, I hope that you get to experience it soon. Live. Get out from under the rock. Don’t settle for content. This comes from someone that lived under a boulder for years.
Enjoy your day everyone, if you can’t, smile at the very least.
I like cheese, bacon, Paleo, yes I know cheese isn’t Paleo. I like cars, games, movies and music. I have a podcast called Hide Over There Podcast, it’s pretty cool. Oh yea, I like bacon.
